Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
We are working with the U.S. Navy's Advanced Sensor Technologies (AST) program office to support intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) efforts. We work to develop solutions to transfer AST multi-intelligence data from OCONUS (outside the continental U.S.) to CONUS-based (continental U.S.) locations to help enable secure world-wide user access. We are impacting the fleet and our product users daily.

THE WORK
Support includes:
- Analyzing customer requirements (power, cooling, environment, storage, and transportation),
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations, develop Bills of Material, generate layouts, generate COTS modification and assembly drawings, coordinate material purchases with procurement department and approve of vendor quotes,
- Supervise and support hardware assembly tasks, coordinate with vendors to repair or replace defective or damaged
equipment, identify and document facility work service mods,
- Work to meet and evaluate subsystem requirements and verification activities and criteria to ensure the system and subsystem requirements are being verified through the assessment of program analysis, test and demonstration activities.
- Control Hardware changes

Basic Qualifications:
* Familiar with ruggedized mounting COTS hardware in racks and transit cases for military applications

* Familiar with military environmental requirements including temperature, humidity, shock, vibration

* Familiar with hardware testing

* Familiar with LM Command Media
Desired Skills:
- EPDM/PLM Experience
- Electrical or Computer Engineering Background
- Hardware Design
- 3D modeling software - Creo preferred
- Hands-on equipment assembly and installation
- Experience with agile processes and implementation
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
