SUMMARY
Andersen Corporation is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support an extrusion tooling manufacturing facility located in Huntington, WV. This role will have responsibility for the day-to-direct and indirect material/supplies purchasing, order processing and fulfillment, job cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, general business analytics, and ERP system integration and maintenance. We are seeking a supply chain analyst to help improve our business process, increase our capacity, and expand our business analytics for this site.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate procurement of material, supplies, and professional services to match demands; communicate with suppliers our requirements and forecast.
- Use established processes and systems to record all aspects of manufacturing job cost accounting and perform regular transactions and reporting with corporate systems and contacts.
- Drives continuous improvements on daily processes and tactical projects, performing root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for problem across Supply Chain processes.
- Develop, optimize and integrate detailed business schedules (supplier plans, replenishment models, manufacturing schedules) to achieve the business goals.
- Understand and communicate value steam and/or supply chain capacity, constraints, and impacts with on-site leadership, supervisors, and manufacturing/machinist staff.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, and corporate procurement, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-4 years combined experience in Supply Chain Operations, Sourcing, Operations, or Logistics required.
- Advanced computer skills with and experience with MS Office, Excel, ERP systems, and reporting systems (Microsoft Power BI)
- Self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred; Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems
- Competency to coach others in ERP systems, data mining, and data reporting
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $61,632 - $92,448 annually.
