Job Description:
We're Hiring: Systems Analyst!
Join our clients Operations & Technology Division's Enterprise BTO Department as a Systems Analyst! We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, sound technology experience, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Web Content Management Systems (WCMS)
- Handle new subscriptions, sites, and solution design within cloud site factories
- Manage certificate renewals, identity & access management onboarding, and security vulnerability remediation
- Support Bitbucket Cloud, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Web Access Firewall (WAF) instances and configurations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with WCMS platforms and components such as CDN and WAF
- Practical knowledge of Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release management
- Experience with IT projects, including infrastructure projects, and end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaS
- Strong analytical and process design skills
- Effective communication skills to understand existing processes and define future processes
- Ability to work independently with technical and infrastructure teams
