This role is 100% remote with 10-15% travel possible.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams by managing scheduling, logistics, and the operational processes that drive successful recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Logistic
Schedule interviews, including panel, phone, on-site, and virtual formats, ensuring timely coordination with all stakeholders.Arrange candidate travel logistics as needed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.Reserve and prepare meeting rooms or set up video conferencing tools and ensure all resources are ready for interviews.
Communication Logistics
Send interview confirmations and follow-up emails to candidates and interviewers with clear instructions and details.Provide candidates with relevant materials, including company overviews, interview guides, and assessments, to set them up for success.
Process Management
Track and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining data accuracy and integrity.Collect, consolidate, and distribute interview feedback in a timely manner to enable next-step decisions.Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal and organizational policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
Candidate Experience
Act as the primary contact for candidates on logistical questions or concerns, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the hiring process.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear, consistent, and timely updates at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Basic Qualifications
4 years proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools. Must have Workday, or ICIM’s experience. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree6 years proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role.2 years supporting new employee experiences/onboarding processes
