This role will provide a high level of service, support, and consultation to Truist Senior Leadership and HR partners in resolving inquiries and requests via incoming calls, chat, and/or emails, which require education, advice and/or counsel on aspects of Benefits Administration (Health and Medical plans, Retirement, Pension, Retiree Medical, Life Insurance, Executive/Deferred Compensation), Payroll/Workday, Leave Administration (leave of absence and time off), Teammate Relations/HR policies and the coordination of issue resolution with Centers of Excellence/key partners. HR Executive Support Consultants should understand all areas noted but also have the ability to leverage internal and external resources to fulfill requests accurately and efficiently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Senior Leadership and HR partners with highly complex inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner by building rapport and providing timely solutions and/or alternatives.
2. Inform and educate Senior Leadership and HR partners on self-service options through various Truist technologies to improve their HR experience.
3. Track inquiries/cases by utilizing Salesforce/ServiceNow case management.
4. Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers; escalating when required.
5. Partner effectively with other HR teams including Legal and Centers of Excellence to resolve complicated issues.
6. Participate in ongoing training in multiple disciplines for growth opportunities.
7. Demonstrate efficient time management skills, while focusing on attention to detail.
8. Ability to apply reason, assess risk, and process when working through complex inquiries.
9. Follow standard policies, procedures and practices, Service Level Agreements, and meet or exceed operational goals.
10. Participate on special assignments or teams as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in operations, shared services, and/or other functional areas within HR or a call center environment.
3. Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan.
4. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including active listening.
5. Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and coordinate with key partner groups.
7. Proven ability to handle confidential, non-public or restricted information with integrity.
8. Demonstrated problem-solving, time management and priority setting skills.
9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
10. Proven track record in providing high touch, complex customer support to all areas of business.
11. Excellent applied judgment and professionalism.
12. Effective team player with collaborative focus.
13. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adjusting to new ways of working.
