The Training Program Experience Manager will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing the training program experience across the brand, creating a suite of resources to support store-level Training Program Managers in helping program participants reach their fitness goals. This role will lead the creation and execution of training programs, both written and video resources, and live training events while contributing to the overall strategy and seamless delivery of these initiatives. This position requires 2-3 days in the corporate office.

Responsibilities
- Help define the Fleet Feet training experience and ensure consistency across the brand.
- Develop and maintain video and written resources to support Training Program Managers and coaches through our intranet.
- Host educational training events to set Training Program Managers and coaches up for success in their roles.
- Track training program registrants, revenue, and profitability to uncover actionable insights.
- Connect with successful Training Program Managers to find opportunities to systematize what makes them successful.
- Create scalable running programs from the ground up.
- Explore various training platform solutions and partner with provider(s) to ensure needs are being met on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate across departments to lead in the creation of resources that can be deployed by Training Program Managers directly to program participants to enhance the overall experience.
In addition, this position will support other key training program initiatives. These include:
- Present content at virtual and in-person meetings as needed
- Directly support stores as needed
- Partner with internal and external collaborators to support all aspects of the training program experience
Qualifications
- Coaching certification and 3+ years of scaled coaching experience highly preferred
- At least 1 year of run specialty industry experience preferred
- At least 1 year of video production/editing experience preferred
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
- Experience and highly proficient with the Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and retail POS systems
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and customer-centric
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to lift and carry items weighing 1-10 lbs. Additionally, the position involves occasional physical activity, including leading workouts or training programs, which may require running, as part of market visits and training video demonstrations. Candidates should be comfortable with moderate physical exertion in these scenarios.

Additional Requirements: Position requires occasional moving around with light (1-10lbs.) carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling. The position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, etc. The position is mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements.
