Develops and executes the strategy related to the Truist Leadership Institute’s (TLI) products and solutions. Works with Truist executives to establish and execute on a world-class strategy for developing Truist leaders. In concert with sales staff, consults with outside clients on tailored solutions and approaches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Develop, design and lead the ongoing design and implementation of TLI leadership and organizational consulting programs, including Truist-specific, outside corporate and philanthropic programs. Ensure all institute programming is in alignment with the institute’s philosophies, approaches and strategic direction.
2. Ensures all programs incorporate the latest behavioral science and psychology products and methodologies to meet the needs of executives. Ensures the Leadership Institute is a thought leader within the industry. Lead the company in generating new products and services.
3. Responsible for the effective design, execution, and maintenance of the over-arching Truist leadership development strategy for mid- and senior-level leaders. Meets regularly with Truist executive leadership and HR partners to ensure their active participation with, support of and feedback on the institute’s programs.
4. Work closely with the TLI sales team to tailor products and solutions for large, complex client relationships. Make joint sales calls to understand client needs and collaborate on custom product solutions. Continually provides feedback and coaching to sales team on the nuances of products and how to effectively sell them.
5. Support TLI’s thought leadership and marketing efforts by writing and contributing to articles, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and podcasts.
6. Ensure all processes associated with material design and delivery are effective and efficient.
7. Work closely with the peers to ensure collaboration between team members, and alignment in product delivery, and philosophical approach.
8. Facilitate programs, deliver presentations, and provide client services as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in Psychology or relevant field or equivalent education and related training
2. Ten years experience in consulting, coaching, or other related field
3. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of human systems/organizational consulting
4. Excellent leadership and management skills
5. Knowledge of program development and program management
6. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities and collaborate within all parts of the organization
7. High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential interactions
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
9. Demonstrated experience as a team player


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree in Psychology or relevant field
2. Leadership experience and ability
3. Background in Business, Organizational Development, and/or HR Management
