Vice President of Behavioral Health Services

We are seeking a Vice President for our Behavioral Health Services division!
The VP of BHS is responsible for the overall management and direction of all aspects of the Behavioral Health Services Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care, compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, program development, and financial viability of Division programs. This division is the largest at $55 million dollars and includes: 2 CBHC’s (each with outpatient, mobile crisis, and community crisis stabilization), 4 outpatient programs, BH CP, peer and case management services, and 2 DMH respite programs). The Vice President for Behavioral Health Services participates as a member of Riverside’s Senior Leadership Team, providing input and advice on organizational planning and practices, representing administration within and outside of the organization, and providing leadership for the organization’s service system as a whole.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget development and oversight, program development, behavioral health services, personnel management, and public relations required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to make effective public presentations
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in related field required; independent clinical license of LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC required.
- At least ten years of healthcare/human service experience required.
- At least 5 years experience in management of multiple programs and/or service system required.
