We are hiring for a Yearbook Coordinator!
Job Summary:Increase new sales and drive revenue deeper in existing accounts by working directly with sellers and customers. What You'll Do Here:- Partners with sellers to support full life cycle of the yearbook process in an assigned geography.
- Invoices corrections/credits- reviews invoices for accuracy, collects on past invoices and provides tax exempt/shipping information to finance.
- Monitors collections on outstanding balances due with current customers to determine future partnership with sellers and accounts.
- Audits tax exempt forms, ensures they are up to date and on file with corporate if applicable.
- Orders images from previous years for yearbook website at school's request.
- Acts as the primary Parent Notify contact to strive to have every school participate in Parent Notify each school year.
- Oversees share site and related content.
- Monitors YBPay to ensure it is active prior to Fall picture day and is closed on deadline day.
- Monitors and oversees the order management process including updates to adviser, ordering flyers and communicates with the schools.
- Monitors and provides reminders for upcoming deadlines and submissions.
- Schedules Candid Pictures in partnership with Account Specialists, uploads them to the school portal, and audits them for accuracy to each site.
- Provides digital media download for non-Lifetouch yearbook customers.
- Monitors and sends tracking information to schools for yearbook delivery and submits paperwork for replacements of damaged yearbooks.
- Audits agreement to confirm incentives.
- Supports advisers on promotions/marketing campaigns via emails, posters, social media banners and digital resources.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Diploma or general degree (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Yearbook hands-on experience preferred
- Experience working with Yearbook Advisers or Schools preferred
- Familiarity with website creation of products preferred
- Comfortable with data analysis and creation of reports
- Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or escalated customers
- CRM proficiency
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to meet deadlines

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.43
The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience.
