- Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
- Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns
- Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas
- Validate provider submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met
- Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applications
- High school degree or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in processing enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet daily quotas and deadlines
