Position Overview
Our client, a major retail company, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their in house agency for a 6+ month contract role! The ideal candidate will have experience in an agency setting and has worked with retail/CPG clients. Specifically, this person will be in charge of overseeing in store activations and promotions, as well as some ecommerce/digital campaigns. This person will also be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, managing process, timelines, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and maintaining the agency's high standards.

This role is a 6+ month contract, 40 hours per week. You are required to work on site from their Boston office Tuesdays-Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee in store promotional campaigns, collateral, ecommerce and digital activations.
• Oversee campaign management from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to streamline processes and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in account management or a similar role within an agency environment.
• Experience in the retail industry and in store promotions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus.
