Leading retail company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in optimizing and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and a passion for leveraging data to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive acquisition and retention.
• Conduct data analysis to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and bid management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in performance marketing and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and implementation.
• Expertise in PPC advertising and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

Nice to Have:

• Email Marketing experience
