Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care's Behavioral Treatment Services as a Full-Time Developmental Disability Clinician!   We are looking for a clinician to be part of a collaborative, dynamic multi-disciplinary team including a BCBA, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and mental health clinicians, to integrate therapeutic, psychiatric treatment in an outpatient/hybrid setting. Behavioral Treatment Services is unique in that we can meet the person in their own environment. As a result, our prescriber can make more informed decisions regarding medication because of our clinicians’ feedback and involvement.  Our program goals are to stabilize individuals within the community setting, reduce hospitalizations and facilitate reintegration into the community after hospitalization. We work directly with the Northeast Region of the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).   The clinician will conduct diagnostic evaluations, collaborate directly with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), day treatment programs, vocational and residential agencies to establish treatment protocols and provide individual and/or group therapy services. Clinical supervision is provided.   We are looking for someone who has the desire to gain more clinical experience with adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We offer extensive training to those new to the field or with limited experience. Our ideal candidate will have patience, compassion, and creativity to work with an often underserved and largely misunderstood population. If you are ready to be part of a team that puts people first, then you are strongly encouraged to apply!     Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours)
  • You have the opportunity to oversee your own schedule and create a work/life balance.

Salary:

  • Unlicensed Clinician - $64,200/year
  • Independent Licensure - $67,410/year
